Membership shall consist of any person,
active or retired. Regular, Reserve, or National Guard, from any
branch or component of the Armed Forces of the United States in the pay
grade of E-9 or the spouse of said member.
Honorary Membership may be conferred upon any person who is ineligible for
membership, but who has displayed significant interest in the E-9ers. Honorary Members
shall be honored by members of the E-9ers, but the title shall not confer
bona fide membership and any references to membership elsewhere in the
E-9ers bylaws shall exclude honorary members.
Application for Membership may be made by downloading an application
form here: then supplying the appropriate information and mailing the form
along with a check for the fee to the address supplied on the form.
